Statement of Educational Method:
The educational information is presented in one written module consisting with a  post-test. Please review and reflect on the Power Point presentation and the written test.  After studying the material complete the course posttest and the evaluation and scan it back to lisa.davis2@ascension.org

Statement of Evaluation Instrument:  The activity post- test and evaluation instrument are required for credit.  Learners must earn an 75% correct rate on the post-test to receive credit.
